Scope
GB/T 25919.1-2010 is the English-translated version of Modbus测试规范 第1部分：Modbus串行链路一致性测试规范.
GB/T 25919.1-2010 is the recommended Chinese national standard forming Part 1 of the Modbus test specification, the part that deals with conformance testing of Modbus over a serial link.
It sets out the structure of the Modbus serial link conformance test system and the test methods that go with it. The part is intended for use in industry, transport, electric power, building control and comparable fields.
It quotes GB/T 19582.1-2008, GB/T 19582.2-2008, GB/T 19582.3-2008 and GB/T 25919.2-2010, the second part of the same specification. Its classifications are N10 in the Chinese scheme and 25.040 internationally, covering industrial automation systems. Issued on 14 January 2011, it has applied since 1 May 2011.
