Introduction
Cleanroom widely used in various industries. Operating procedures for the production of clean room equipment to run its clean room cleaning operation can be achieved Clarity has an important influence. Cleanliness determine the stability of quality. Only careful working out a plan, the provisions in the plan, implement and test the determined and operating procedures, timely detect and enforce detailed regulations to run the system in order to achieve and maintain the cleanliness of the work required. this it is a standard part of the general operation of common file for all types of clean rooms, some responsible for the cleanroom technology and related products machine regulations Configuration may also increase the number of procedures and requirements attached inspection measures in this part of the general operating standards are not covered.
GB/T 25915 in this part of the developed related to the following recommended normative and operational requirements.
a) develop principles proposed system contains policies and operating procedures;
b) produced by the body to be used for blocking dirt contamination and clean room environment isolated clean clothes;
c) training of staff in the clean room staff, and supervise and monitor their compliance with the rules and discipline of the situation;
d) fixing devices (not standard equipment includes fixed) moving, installation and maintenance;
e) selection and use of clean room materials and portable devices;
