This document was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2020,

Directives for standardization - Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of

This document is Part 2 of GB/T 25915, Cleanrooms and associated controlled

environments. The following parts have been issued for GB/T 25915:

This document replaces GB/T 25915.2-2010, Cleanrooms and associated controlled

environments - Part 2: Specifications for testing and monitoring to prove continued

compliance with GB/T 25915.1. Compared with GB/T 25915.2-2010, the main

technical changes are as follows:

a) Modify the scope (see Chapter 1; Chapter 1 of the 2010 edition);

b) In terms and definitions, keep only the original two terms, test and monitoring;

delete the other six terms (see Chapter 3 of the 2010 edition); add two terms,

action level and alert level (see 3.3 and 3.4);

c) Change "Demonstration of maintaining the requirements" to "Creating,

implementing and maintaining a monitoring plan" (see Chapter 4; Chapter 4

of the 2010 edition);

1 Scope

This document specifies minimum requirements for a monitoring plan. This monitoring

plan is for cleanroom or clean zone performance related to air cleanliness by particle

concentration, based upon parameters that measure or affect airborne particle

concentration.

This document applies to the monitoring of particle concentration of particle-size range
