Foreword

GB/T 25895 "Water Safety Signs and Beach Safety Flags" is divided into 3 parts.

--- Part 1.Water area safety signs in workplaces and public areas;

--- Part 2.Specification of the color, shape, meaning and performance of the beach safety flag;

--- Part 3.User guide.

This part is Part 2 of GB/T 25895.

This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces GB/T 25895.2-2010 "Water safety signs and beach safety flags. Part 2.Color and shape of beach safety flags"

Specification of the status, meaning and performance. Compared with GB/T 25895.2-2010, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Change the term "beach" to "beach", and the standard name will be modified accordingly (see 3.1, 3.1 in.2010)

--- Change the term "beach safety flag" to "beach safety flag" (see 3.2, 3.2 in.2010);

--- Delete the normative references BS27127..1991 and BS5441 (see Chapter 2 of the.2010 edition);

--- Deleted the "Green Flag" regulations (see Table 1 of the.2010 edition);

--- Removed the provisions of green chromaticity coordinates and brightness factor (see Table 2 of the.2010 edition);

--- Removed the example of green color in Appendix A (see Table A.1 of the.2010 edition).

This section uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 20712-2..2007 "Water Safety Signs and Beach Safety Flags Part 2.Beaches

Safety Flag Color, Shape, Meaning and Performance Specification.

Compared with ISO 20712-2..2007, this part has the following structural changes.

--- Delete 4.1 in the international standard, and adjust the number of other articles in Chapter 4 accordingly.

The technical differences between this part and ISO 20712-2..2007 and the reasons are as follows.

--- With regard to normative references, this section has been adjusted with technical differences to suit the technical conditions of our country. Adjusted emotion

The situation is reflected in Chapter 2 "Regulatory Reference Documents", with specific adjustments as follows.

* Replace with GB/T 250, GB/T 251, GB/T 20146 and GB/T 20147 which are equivalent to international standards

ISO 150-A02, ISO 150-A03, CIES005 and CIE10527;

* Use the modified international standards GB/T 3920, GB/T 3923.1, GB/T 4146.1, GB/T 5713, GB/T 5714,

GB/T 7742.1 and GB/T 8427 replace ISO 105-X12, ISO 13934-1, ISO 2076, ISO 105-E01,

ISO 105-E02, ISO 13938-1 and ISO 105-B02;

* Replace ISO 105-B03 with GB/T 8429 equivalent to international standards;

* Replace CIE15 with non-equivalent international standard GB/T 3979;

* Use GB/T 4668, GB/T 4669, and GB/T 15565 that correspond to the technical content of international standards but have no relationship with the standard

Replace EN1049-2..1993, EN12127 and ISO 17724 respectively;

* Removed BS27127..1991 and BS5441;

* Added reference to GB/T 2893.4.

The following editorial changes have been made in this section.

--- Change the title of Chapter 4 from "Beach Safety Flag" to "Name, Function and Shape of Beach Safety Flag";

--- In Table 1 specifies the name for each flag, such as red flag, yellow flag, etc., while adding a table note.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 25895 specifies the shape and color requirements of the beach safety flag, and also specifies the materials used to make the beach safety flag

The material's chromaticity and photometric properties and its physical properties such as strength and color fastness.

This section applies to the beach safety flag used in the management of coastal water activities, the safety flag used in inland water activities can refer to the use.

This section does not apply to flags used in shooting ranges, flags indicating water quality or signal flags used for water transportation.
