Foreword
This standard is identical with ISO 8152. 1984 "earthmoving machinery operation and maintenance technician training" (in English).
This standard is equivalent translation ISO 8152. 1984.
For ease of use, this standard made the following editorial changes.
--- "This International Standard" be replaced by "this standard";
--- Remove the foreword to international standards;
--- To ISO 8152. 1984 international standard referenced with international standards have been adopted in place of the corresponding standard.
Appendix A of this standard is the data appendix.
The standard proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.
This standard by the national earthmoving machinery Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC334) centralized.
This standard was drafted. Tianjin Construction Machinery Research Institute.
Introduction
This standard is intended as a guide for mechanic training, provided training of personnel are trained sufficiently good general education, with real production Experience and practice the use of tools, and they are very ripe, the harvest can be obtained in training.
When you select trainers, we need to consider not only skills, but also consider a sound physical and mental, because the machine maintenance is hard again Skilled work, particularly in the work under adverse field conditions, but also require a high degree of adaptability to the body.

3 Constituting the training program
3.1 General
The shortest duration should be regular training regulations of the country, but it is best not less than three years. When suitable for more advanced or more specialized the training provided an optional fourth year of training. If, before the start of the training, it is possible to determine the length of the training process, especially as fourth year Training can be determined about the nature and content of the training in determining individual or group training is usually beneficial.
3.2 Security
The training period should continue to emphasize the machine operation and the most important aspect is "safe." Safety and training measures should be it combines various aspects of the process, and should include.
--- National Security procedures understand and apply;
--- Clearly safety measures, accident prevention, fire safety, personal hygiene and the use of machine guards and shields, use of personal protective equipment Preparation, use to protect the eyes, the responsibility of the head, ears and feet of the need for safety clothing and other aspects;
--- When manipulating earthmoving machinery and accessories, observe the protective measures, and to safe and proper use of all hydraulic tools, pneumatic Tools, special tools and equipment;
--- Security methods using manual lifting and mechanical, hydraulic and control equipment;
--- Liquid solvents (especially those flammable) safe use and storage, including oil, fuel and acids;
Mounting and fixing mechanical methods --- master switch, including various types of earthmoving machinery hosts and devices;
--- Risk associated with the high pressure system;
--- Remove wheel and tire safety methods, hydraulic systems and other fuel use shield.
