This document replaces GB/T 25361.1-2010 "Piston Pins of Internal Combustion Engines Part 1.Technical Requirements", and GB/T 25361.1-

Compared with.2010, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Changed the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2010 edition);

--- Added the terms and definitions of the leading angle of the end face of the outer edge (see 3.2.2.3);

GB/T 25361 aims to establish the basic and general technical specifications for piston pins of internal combustion engines and the corresponding inspection rules.

1 Scope

A precision cylindrical part with a smooth, hard outer surface for connecting pistons and connecting rods.

3.2 Piston pin geometry and manufacturing features

A pin with a straight cylindrical bore.

There are symmetrical cold-extruded inner holes at both ends of the pin, and a continuous skin is left in the center of the pin.

NOTE. The split skin is subsequently removed, leaving a step, see Figure 3.

Both ends of the pin have conical inner holes to reduce the weight of the piston pin.

The inner hole of the pin is manufactured separately by machining.
