--- Changed the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2010 edition);
--- Added the terms and definitions of the leading angle of the end face of the outer edge (see 3.2.2.3);
---Changed the symbols such as end face diameter d6, end face groove depth h1, end face step height/depth h2, taper hole inscribed table k, etc. (see Table 1,
Table 1 of the.2010 edition);
--- Increased the partial view W of the end face groove and end face step of the cylindrical piston pin (see Figure 2);
---Changed the outer edge and inner chamfer structure (see 5.2, 4.2 of the.2010 edition);
---Changed the code and description (see Table 2, Table 2 of the.2010 edition);
--- Increased the allowable waviness requirements of the outer circular surface (see Table 5);
--- Changed the inner diameter tolerance and the concentricity requirements when the wall thickness is a (see Table 6, Table 5 of the.2010 edition);
--- Changed the length tolerance and runout requirements (see Table 7, Table 6 of the.2010 edition);
--- Added the end face groove and end face step of the code LB piston pin (see Table 8);
--- Changed the size of the rounded outer edge (see Table 9, Table 7 of the.2010 edition);
--- Changed the view of the tapered hole structure (see Figure 16, Figure 13 of the.2010 edition);
--- Changed the machining surface roughness requirements (see 10.1.1, 9.1.1 of the.2010 edition);
--- Added coating surface roughness requirements (see 10.1.2);
--- Changed the requirements for material defects (see 11.2, 10.2 of the.2010 edition);
--- Changed the requirements for surface defects (see 11.3, 10.3 of the.2010 edition).
This document is equivalent to ISO 18669-1.2021 "Piston pins for internal combustion engines - Part 1.Technical requirements".
The following editorial changes were made to this document.
--- In Chapter 4, the table identification (Table 1), the title and the mention of the table are supplemented, and the order of the serial numbers of the original Table 1 to Table 21 is adjusted to
Table 2~Table 22.

Introduction
GB/T 25361 aims to establish the basic and general technical specifications for piston pins of internal combustion engines and the corresponding inspection rules.
Consists of two parts.
--- Part 1.Technical requirements. The purpose is to establish general techniques such as terms and definitions, classifications, and structural features applicable to piston pins
Require.
--- Part 2.Inspection rules. The purpose is to establish the measurement conditions and characteristic measurement rules applicable to piston pins.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 General
3.1.1
Piston pin piston pin
A precision cylindrical part with a smooth, hard outer surface for connecting pistons and connecting rods.
3.2 Piston pin geometry and manufacturing features
3.2.1 Pin hole type
3.2.1.1
Cylindrical bore
A pin with a straight cylindrical bore.
3.2.1.2
Central skin type centreweb
Central skin type pin hole
There are symmetrical cold-extruded inner holes at both ends of the pin, and a continuous skin is left in the center of the pin.
NOTE. The split skin is subsequently removed, leaving a step, see Figure 3.
3.2.1.3
Tapered hole type taperedbore
Both ends of the pin have conical inner holes to reduce the weight of the piston pin.
3.2.1.4
Machined machinedbore
The inner hole of the pin is manufactured separately by machining.
3.2.1.5
Seamless cold drawn steel tube type seamlessdrawntube
