Scope

GB/T 25300-2010 is the English-translated version of 电阻焊设备汽车工业中使用的具有一个次级线圈的多点焊变压器特殊技术条件.

GB/T 25300-2010 — This standard specifies the special transformer special technical requirements within their scope of application, is GB/T 25301 (ISO 5826) (applicable to General technical conditions for all transformers) supplement.

Unless otherwise specified, GB/T 25301 (ISO 5826) in this standard has not been revised technical requirements still apply. This standard applies to the automotive industry for use in a secondary coil having a multi-spot welding transformer.

These transformers can replace GB/T 25299 (ISO 7284) having a current control transformers, it can also replace GB/T 25299 (ISO 7284) using only A secondary winding of the transformer.

Compliance with this standard transformer should be designed to. a) secondary welding circuit allows individual control and regulation; b) can meet the requirements of this standard two transformers replace GB/T 25299 a transformer (ISO 7284) as specified.

Note. After consultation between the manufacturer and the user of this standard can be used for other industrial sectors multi spot welding transformers or other types of welding. GB/T 25301 (ISO 5826) in each case are suitable.
