Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

Drafting.

This document is Part 2 of GB/T 25116 "Safety Requirements for Dry Cleaning Machines". GB/T 25116 has the following parts published.

---Part 2: Tetrachloroethylene Dry Cleaning Machine this document partially replaces GB 25116-2010 "Safety Requirements for Industrial Washing Machinery - Tetrachloroethylene Dry Cleaning Machines", and is consistent with GB 25116-Compared to 2010, aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Terminology and definitions have been changed (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 2010 edition);

---The danger has been removed (see Chapter 4 in the 2010 edition);

---The hazards posed by tetrachloroethylene have been revised (see 4.2, 5.1.7 of the 2010 edition);

---The following hazards related to the use of dry cleaning machines have been removed. mechanical hazards, electrical hazards, supply failures, thermal hazards, noise hazards, and machine vibration.

The dangers arising from movement, and the dangers caused by neglecting the ergonomic principles in machine structure (see 5.1.1~5.1.6 of the 2010 edition).

--- Security requirements have been changed (see Chapter 5, Chapter 6 in the 2010 edition).

This document is modified to adopt ISO 8230-2:2008 "Safety requirements for dry cleaning machines - Part 2: Tetrachloroethylene dry cleaning machines".

The technical differences between this document and ISO 8230-2:2008, and the reasons therefor, are as follows.

a) The scope has been changed (see Chapter 1) to comply with the requirements for drafting Chinese standards;

b) ISO 12100-1:2003 (see Chapter 3) has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 15706-2012 to adapt to my country's technical standards.

Technical conditions;

c) IEC 60204-1:2005 (see 6.4) has been replaced with the normatively referenced GB/T 5226.1-2019 to adapt to Chinese technology.

condition.

Introduction

GB/T 25116 "Safety Requirements for Dry Cleaning Machines" is proposed to consist of three parts.

---Part 1: General Requirements;

---Part 2: Tetrachloroethylene Dry Cleaning Machine;

---Part 3: Combustible solvent dry cleaning machines.

This document replaces certain content in GB 25116-2010 "Safety Requirements for Industrial Washing Machinery - Tetrachloroethylene Dry Cleaning Machines" and is not superseded by it.

The replaced content consists of the "General Requirements" section and the "Safety Requirements for Flammable Solvent Equipment" section, which are respectively incorporated into Part 1 of GB/T 25116.

Part 3.

Safety requirements for dry cleaning machines Part 2: Tetrachloroethylene Dry Cleaning Machine

1 Scope

This document specifies the safety requirements for tetrachloroethylene dry cleaning machines.

This document applies to dry cleaning machines that use tetrachloroethylene as the cleaning medium, but not to open-type dry cleaning machines or conveyor-type machines.

2 Normative references

The contents of the following documents, through normative references within the text, constitute essential provisions of this document. Dated citations are not included.

For references to documents, only the version corresponding to that date applies to this document; for undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) applies.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 15706-2012 and ISO 8230-1:2008 apply to this document.

4 Safety requirements and/or protective measures

4.1 General Rules

Tetrachloroethylene dry cleaning machines shall comply with the safety requirements and measures specified in ISO 8230-1:2008, as well as the special hazards specified in this document.

and measures.

4.2 Hazards caused by tetrachloroethylene

4.2.1 Ventilation

Dry cleaning machines should be equipped with a device that interlocks their operation with the overall room ventilation. Appropriate recommendations should be provided in the instruction manual.

4.2.2 During the operation and maintenance of the water separator, tetrachloroethylene is released into the workshop and seeps into the ground and sewers.

The drain outlet of the water separator should be piped into a sealed collection system—for example, into a secondary separator or purification system—to avoid four...

Vinyl chloride leak.

The presence of tetrachloroethylene in the separator should be detectable, for example, through the observation window.

The capacity of the water collection tank should be no less than the amount of water generated by the dry cleaning machine's expected maximum daily usage.

The label on the water collection tank should indicate that the water contains tetrachloroethylene, and this label information should be repeated in the instruction manual.
