Scope

GB/T 25044-2010 is the English-translated version of 砌墙砖抗压强度试样制备设备通用要求.

GB/T 25044-2010 fixes the general requirements for the equipment used to prepare the specimens for the compressive strength test of wall bricks.

Clause 1 states that the standard specifies the terminology and definitions, the type, the technical requirements, the inspection methods, the inspection rules and the general requirements for the logo and the packaging, and that it applies to the equipment for preparing compressive strength specimens of masonry tiles for industrial and civil buildings; no exclusion is given.

Clause 3 defines three machines: the mixing equipment used in the compressive strength test of wall bricks, which works through the relative movement between the mixing arm and the mixing pan; the vibrating equipment, which uses an electromagnetic force to hold the specimen mould down on the vibration table and an eccentric wheel to set the table vibrating; and the test mould, a device whose removable mould closes into a sealed cavity in which the compressive strength specimen is formed.

Clause 4, type, states that the mixing equipment is of vertical construction with the stirring arm as the active shaft and the mixing bucket fixed, so that the stirring takes place between the arm and the tank, and that the vibration equipment is built from the table and the cam that makes it beat; the sentence breaks off on the page before it says what is fixed on the table.

Clause 2 cites GB/T 699, GB/T 1184, GB/T 1804, GB/T 5226.1, JC/T 401.2, JC/T 402 and JC/T 532.

The foreword states that the standard was proposed by the China Building Materials Federation, that it is held by the national standardization technical committee for wall, roofing and road building materials (SAC/TC285), and that the units responsible for drafting it are the China Building Materials Xi'an Wall Materials Research and Design Institute and the Guangzhou City Building Materials Industry Research Institute Co., Ltd. The draft on the page breaks off inside 4.2, so the technical requirements, the inspection methods and the inspection rules announced in clause 1 are not shown. It was issued on 2 September 2010 and has applied since 1 May 2011.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terminology and definition, type, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, Logo and packaging of the general requirements.
