Scope

GB/T 24589.4-2011 is the English-translated version of 财经信息技术会计核算软件数据接口第4部分：商业银行.

GB/T 24589.4-2011 fixes the data format requirements for the data interface of accounting software, covering the accounting data elements and the content and format of the files the interface outputs.

Clause 1 states that this Part applies to the design, development, management, purchase and sale, and application of the accounting software used by commercial banks.

Clause 3 defines accounting software, data interface, data structure, data element - described as the indivisible basic unit of the data the interface outputs - and data file.

Clause 4 gives the rules for describing data elements and then details them class by class: public base file, public change file, personal credit business, corporate credit business, the core accounting elements for personal and for corporate credit, for personal and for corporate deposits, for internal accounts and for off-balance-sheet accounts, and general ledger elements.

Clause 5 fixes the output file format, the data structure of the output file for each of those same classes, the output of the output file and the time requirements for it; the contents list also shows a conformity evaluation section, Appendix A (informative) with the XML schemas for each class and Appendix B (informative) with XML examples for each class.

The introduction explains that the series was re-enacted by the National Audit Information Standardization Technical Committee in line with the new accounting standards system in force from 1 January 2007 and the financial enterprise accounting system, and that the earlier GB/T 19581-2004, which corresponds to accounting software products from before the end of 2006, has not been repealed and remains effective.

Introduction

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Accounting software
