Foreword

This standard is equivalent to using ISO 9883:1993 "standard performance test performance precast concrete slab buildings in the concentrated load Under the condition "(in English).

This standard of ISO 9883:1993 made the following editorial changes.

--- "This International Standard" by "this standard";

--- Remove ISO 9883:1993 foreword, preface to increase the national standard.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Construction of housing building products Standardization Technical Committee, components and products with the urban and rural areas.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the determination floors and floor component performance under concentrated load test program. These tests include.

--- Finished floor lateral adhesion test;

--- Floor with a surface layer penetration resistance test;

Do indentation/bending test on --- filler block (this test is to verify the safety of its assembly stage and established).

This standard applies to all kinds of prefabricated concrete slabs, thin secondary member or members (generally not more than 2m).

2 Test Equipment

Any increase may be able to force enough to destroy the specimen equipment.

Through a ball joint test force transmitted to the specimen.

3 Finished floor lateral adhesion test

3.1 Test principle

In the middle of a full scale longitudinal test piece band, concentrated load is applied.

In this way we can make the following assessment.

--- Delivered to other parts of the specimen load;

--- Transmission or load floor member.

3.2 Specimen

Specimen Composition.

a) trabecular and filler block floor consisting of.

--- 5 trabecular and 4 rows of stuff, according to the method specified in the assembly.

b) hollow floor.

--- Five boards placed side by side, with concrete pouring sutural make the linkage is formed.

The bottom surface of the specimen should be coated with plaster coating, in order to examine the case of cracking.

3.3 Test Procedure

The specimen should be placed on the Hinged support.

Loads should be 200mm × 200mm rigid plate, the surface of the specimen in the span of 1/4 and 3/4 of the longitudinal dimension by an Axis.

On each rigid plate, the equivalent of five times the loading, each load 500N. It should be observed after each load test block bottom surface, and then step by step L Charge until the floor pouring or damage. Deflection member shall be measured at each position across the trabecular or each hollow plate axis.

3.4 Expression of results

Shall record the following.

a) loading diagram;

B) When subjected to the maximum load, the bottom surface of the cracking condition;

c) be able to see any defect in the load;

d) bending deformation maps (lateral displacement representing different Loads).
