Foreword

This revised standard adopts ISO 13879:1999 "Content and preparation of oil and gas industry functional specification" (in English).

This standard is based on ISO 13879:1999 redrafted.

The structure of this standard and ISO 13879:1999 is identical to the provisions of the same work of standardization of national standards consistent and Do modify the following technical content.

--- Increasing the GB/T 1.1 for the normative references and normative references to alternative standards and GB/T 1.1 of the same content to Avoid duplication and inconsistencies;

--- With Normative references in GB/T 24258-2009 instead of ISO 13880:1999.

For ease of use, this standard also made the following editorial changes.

a) "this International Standard" be replaced by "this standard";

b) Remove ISO 13879:1999 Foreword;

c) a reference to an information file, (transformed) of national standards to replace the corresponding international standards.

Appendix A of this standard is an informative annex.
