1 Scope

This section GB/T 24242 specifies the use of non-alloy steel wire rod steel and rimmed steel boiling silk substitute low carbon steel rod foot Inch, shape, weight and tolerance, order contents, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate.

This section applies to drawn or cold-rolled carbon steel wire having high ductility, low silicon steel boiling non-alloy steel wire rod, and boiling steel alternatives Non-alloy steel wire rod (hereinafter referred to as wire rod).
