Scope
GB/T 24131.2-2017 is the English-translated version of 生橡胶 挥发分含量的测定 第2部分:带红外线干燥单元的自动分析仪加热失重法.
GB/T 24131.2-2017 — 1.1 GB/T 24131 provisions of this part of the automatic analyzer with infrared drying unit for determination of raw rubber moisture and other volatile Two kinds of heat-weight loss method of sexual material content.
1.2 This section applies to the determination of GB/T 5576 included in the synthetic rubber (SBR, NBR, BR, IR, CR, IIR, BIIR and CIIR and EPDM) volatile content, the rubber shape can be massive, flaky, granular, crumbs, powder and the like.
This section also applies to other categories However, in this case, it is necessary to verify that the change in quality is only due to the loss of volatile materials in the raw rubber rather than rubber degradation Due.
1.3 This section does not apply to the inclusion of raw rubber in GB/T 15340 need to be uniform. 1.4 ISO 248-1:2011 hot roller method and oven method with the method of this section may not be able to get the same result.
So controversial Case, ISO 248-1:2011 oven method A arbitration. Note. When the automatic analyzer determines the volatility conditions of a certain type or grade of gelatin have been established, both methods can be used for routine testing, such as quality control.

Foreword
GB/T 24131 "raw rubber volatile content determination" is divided into two parts.
--- Part 1. Hot roller method and oven method;
--- Part 2. Automatic analyzer with infrared drying unit heating weight loss method.
This section GB/T 24131 Part 2.
This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This section uses the redrafted law Amendment uses ISO 248-2:2012 "Determination of volatile rubber content of raw rubber Part 2. Infrared Line Drying Unit Automatic Analyzer Heat Loss Method "(in English).
This part of ISO 248-2:2012 technical differences and the reasons are as follows.
--- On the normative references, this section made a technical difference with the adjustment to adapt to China's technical conditions, adjust the situation Concentration reflected in the second chapter "Normative references", the specific adjustments are as follows.
- Equivalent to the international standard GB/T 5576 instead of ISO 1629;
- Replace ISO 1795 with GB/T 15340 equivalent to international standards.
--- Removed the "test result is a separate volatile content of the measured value", the content and the technical content of this chapter does not conform (See Chapter 6).
--- Increasing the butyl rubber and halogenated butyl rubber suitable drying temperature (see 7.2.2, 7.2.3).
This part is proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation.
This part of the National Rubber and Rubber Products Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC35) centralized.
This part of the drafting unit. PetroChina Petrochemical Research Institute, Shandong Jingbo Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Rubber Branch, China National Petroleum Corporation Lanzhou Petrochemical Branch, China Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Beijing Yanshan Branch.

2 Normative references
The following documents for the application of this document is essential. For dated references, only the dated version applies to this article Pieces. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.
GB/T 5576 rubber and latex nomenclature (GB/T 5576-1997, idtISO 1629.1995) GB/T 15340 Natural, synthetic raw gum sampling and sample preparation methods (GB/T 15340-2008, ISO 1795:2000, IDT) ISO 248-1:2011 Determination of volatile rubber content of raw rubber - Part 1. Hot roller method and oven method (Rubber, raw-De-terminationofvolatile-mattercontent-Part 1: Hot-milmethodandovenmethod)
3 Principle
Using an automatic analyzer with an infrared drying unit, the sample is continuously weighed until the mass is constant by the heating weight loss method, and according to the measurement procedure the mass loss in the calculation of volatile content.
4 Reagent
