GB/T 22328-2008 — This standard specifies the determination 1- principle monoglycerides and free glycerol content, reagents, instruments, for sampling, the steps, the results of the calculation, repeat and inspection reports.

This standard applies to animal fats and oils, fats, fatty acids and glycerol interesterified products.

This standard is not suitable for addition to the monoglycerides and free glycerol, but also contain two or more adjacent hydroxyl groups can be dissolved in chloroform polyhydroxy Compound, and a polyhydroxy compound containing two or more adjacent hydroxyl groups can be dissolved in water.
