GB/T 22322.1-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the bitmap shape of every Chinese character at 24 by 24 dots in the Song face — the repertoire and its order, the grid and the point that define a glyph, the storage format of the font data, the font table that is almost the whole document, the characters whose strokes are reduced because a full glyph will not fit the grid, and the management of the standard data. At 212,500 words, nearly all of it the font table itself. It replaces GB/T 22322.1-2019, in force from 1 October 2025. Issued on 28 March 2025, it has been in force since 1 October 2025, replacing GB/T 22322.1-2019.

Introduction
GB/T 22322 "Information Technology Chinese Coded Character Set Chinese Character 24-Dot Font" is based on GB 18030 Coded Character Set Double Byte The graphic symbols and Chinese graphic characters provided in the four-byte Chinese character part are based on the standard glyphs given in the "General Standard Chinese Character Table" Based on the current standard Chinese character font arrangement principles, a 24-dot Chinese character font for information system was specifically designed.
GB/T 22322 aims to solve the problem of Chinese character information display in Chinese information processing systems and improve the use of Chinese character font products for information technology.
The accuracy and standardization of Chinese characters are to be improved to meet the development of Chinese information processing and the needs of international information exchange and the standardization of Chinese characters. It consists of two parts.
— Part 1: Song-style font. The purpose is to specify the 24-dot Song-style font for Chinese characters used in information systems.
— Part 2: Bold. The purpose is to specify the 24-dot bold font of Chinese characters for information systems.
