Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 22177-2008 "Pentamyl Technical Grade". Compared with GB/T 22177-2008, the only changes are structural adjustments and editing. Aside from the sexual alterations, the main technical changes are as follows:

3.1 in the.2008 version);

---The acetone insoluble matter index has been changed (see 4.2,

3.2 in the.2008 edition);

---The method for determining the mass fraction of pendimethalin has been changed, and the gas chromatography method has been replaced with the arbitration method (see 5.5,

1 Scope

GB/T 22177-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering pendimethalin as technical grade - the assay and the limits on the related impurities, including the nitrosamine that this chemistry can generate, the appearance and the moisture, and the analytical method behind each figure. It replaces GB/T 22177-2008, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. In force from 1 May 2026. Issued on 31 October 2025, it has been in force since 1 May 2026, replacing GB/T 22177-2008.

This document specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, acceptance procedures, quality guarantee period, marking, labeling, packaging, and storage of pendimethalin technical grade. The test method for pendimethalin technical grade is described. This document applies to the quality control of pendimethalin technical product.

Note. Other names, structural formulas and basic physicochemical parameters of dimethomorph are given in Appendix A.
