Scope

GB/T 22148.3-2021 is the English-translated version of 电磁发射的试验方法 第3部分:LED模块用电子控制装置.

GB/T 22148.3-2021 is the part of the Chinese series on the measurement of electromagnetic emissions that covers the electronic control gear of LED modules.

It fixes the test methods for the radio disturbance characteristics peculiar to this control gear: the reference luminaire used, the test set-up and procedure and the limits of the application scenarios, following the requirements of GB/T 17743-2017.

It applies to the electronic control gear built for LED modules. Driver makers, luminaire manufacturers and EMC laboratories use it. Issued on 21 May 2021, it has applied since 1 December 2021.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document is part 3 of GB/T 22148 "Test Methods for Electromagnetic Emissions". GB/T 22148 has released the following parts.

---Part 1: Electronic control devices for single-ended and double-ended fluorescent lamps;

---Part 2: Electronic control devices for discharge lamps (except fluorescent lamps);

---Part 3: Electronic control device for LED module.

Introduction

GB/T 17743-2017 clearly specifies the limit requirements and measurement methods for the radio disturbance characteristics of lighting equipment, but only for Provisions are made for the lighting equipment that is finished and planned to be put on the end-user market, such as lamps, self-ballasted fluorescent lamps and stand-alone electronic control devices.

Set. There are no emission test requirements for the components intended to be installed in the luminaire.

The electronic control device for the LED module is not only installed in the lamps of different manufacturers, but also installed in different lamps of the same manufacturer. Types of lamps.

Although the measurement of other luminaires equipped with the same electronic control device and light source can predict the disturbance data of a certain type of luminaire, These lamps still need to be tested.

This leads to the question of whether it is possible to design a test luminaire under the worst conditions for installing the electronic control device under test.

Under the circumstances, the test lamp meets the relevant requirements, then all the lamps with the electronic control device meet the requirements, which can avoid a lot of redundant Test. This idea seems correct, simple and interesting, but it leads to two opinions.

---The worst-case lamps are too strict. From the prediction, it is found that the lamps installed in the worst conditions cannot pass certain tests. It can pass in the actual lamps.

---Even if the electronic control device installed in the worst-case luminaire passes the test, there is still a problem. If the electronic control If the device does not meet the requirements when installed in the actual luminaire, who will be responsible.

Therefore, it is not appropriate to change the basic principle that GB/T 17743-2017 has no emission requirements for built-in parts in lamps.

However, an independent test method for detecting electronic control devices is required in the radio disturbance test.

Each part of GB/T 22148 is independent and describes the test setup for a specific type of luminaire using electronic control devices.

---Part 1: Electronic control devices for single-ended and double-ended fluorescent lamps. The purpose is to electronically control single-ended and double-ended fluorescent lamps The test method and layout of the device shall be standardized.

---Part 2: Electronic control devices for discharge lamps (except fluorescent lamps). The purpose is to use gas discharge lamps other than fluorescent lamps Use the test method and layout of the control device for specification.

---Part 3: Electronic control device for LED module. The purpose is to test methods of electronic control devices for LED modules and The layout is standardized.

This separate release is to facilitate future revisions and modifications. When needed, additional requirements will be added accordingly.

This document describes the benchmark lamps involved in the test method of the electronic control device for the LED module.

1 Scope

This document specifies the unique radio disturbance characteristics of electronic control devices for built-in LED modules (hereinafter referred to as electronic control devices). Establish test methods.

Note: This document corresponds to the requirements of GB/T 17743-2017, based on the use of reference lamps, specific test procedures and application scenario restrictions.

This document applies to electronic control devices for built-in LED modules with the following characteristics or applications.

---Intended to be used in Class I or Class II lamps specified in GB 7000.1-2015;

---The rated output power is not more than 120W.

This document does not apply to independent accessories dedicated to lighting equipment included in GB/T 17743-2017.
