2006 "Protective clothing - Electrostatic properties - Part 1.. surface resistivity test method" to adopt the European standard EN1149-1 This standard is identical (In English).

For ease of use, this standard made the following editorial changes.

a) the standard name to "clothing anti-static properties of the surface resistivity test method";

b) "The European Standard" be replaced by "this standard";

c) use a decimal point instead of a decimal comma ",". ",";

d) with the "ln" instead of "loge";

e) Remove European standard preface, introduction;

f) Remove European standard informative appendix;

g) increase information appendix.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the test methods to eliminate static electricity spark anti-static protective clothing (or gloves) material used.

This standard does not apply to the anti-material supply voltage protective clothing or gloves used.

3 Terms and Definitions
