This document specifies the operation steps and requirements, operation methods, precautions and contraindications of scalp needles. This document applies to scalp technical operations.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Scalpacupuncture Scalp Needle The treatment method of acupuncture on a specific part of the scalp.

3.2 Flat needling method transverseneedling Along the prickles Horizontal Needle When the finger is inserted into the needle, the needle body and the scalp acupoint line skin are pierced at about 15°.

3.3 Oblique needling When the finger is inserted into the needle, the needle body and the scalp acupoint line skin are pierced at about 30°.

4.1 Preparation before operation

4.1.1 Needle selection Different types of needles should be selected according to the condition and operation site. The needle body should be smooth, free of rust and creases, the needle handle should be firm, and the needle should be sharp Sharp, non-barb needles.

4.1.2 Hole line selection Different scalp acupuncture and acupoint lines should be used for treatment according to the disease. See Appendix A for the location and indications of scalp acupuncture and acupoint lines.

4.1.3 Position selection The sitting position or lying position should be selected, and the treatment position that makes the patient feel comfortable and is convenient for the doctor to operate is appropriate.
