1 Scope

This section GB/T 21645 specifies the Automatically Switched Optical Network (ASON) terms, definitions and abbreviations.

This section applies to a circuit-oriented and packet transport network connections ITU-TG.805 definitions, including the definition of ITU-TG.872 Optical Transport Network (OTN).
