Foreword

GB/T 21000 "Commercial refrigerated cabinets - Test methods" is divided into two parts.

--- Part 1. General test conditions and temperature test;

--- Part 2. Test for accidental mechanical contact.

This part of GB/T 21000 Part 1.

This part identical with ISO 1992-2. 1973 "Commercial refrigerated cabinets - Test methods - Part 2. General test conditions" and its amendments ISO 1992-2. 1973/Amd1. 1979 and ISO 1992-3. 1973 "Commercial refrigerated cabinets - Test methods - Part 3. Temperature Test" and His amendment ISO 1992-3/Amd1. 1980. This part of the amendment to add the content to the relevant chapter, by and with the "||" to be marked.

This part of Chapter 1 to Chapter 5, corresponding to ISO 1992-2. 1973, reg numbers are the same.

1 Scope

This section GB/T 21000 specifies the general conditions and test for food sales and (or) commercial freezer display type testing Test methods for temperature package.

2 Normative references
