Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 20660-2006 "Fire, explosion control and reduction measures for offshore production facilities in the oil and gas industry Requirements and Guidelines", compared with GB/T 20660-2006, in addition to editorial changes, there have been many changes in technology. Appendix NA gives the relevant A list of technical changes.

This standard adopts the translation method equivalent to adopting ISO 13702:2015 "Fire and explosion control, Requirements and Guidelines for Reduction Measures".

This standard has made editorial changes to correct the errors in ISO 13702:2015, as follows:

---3.2 "WH wellhead area" is changed to "WH wellhead area and drilling area";

---3.2 Deleted "BA respirator";

---3.2 Deleted "TEMPSC fully enclosed power life raft";

---B.9.3 Modified the column item number, b) after d) was changed to e), and then adjusted in turn;

---B.13.2 deleted the column item symbol.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the objectives and functional requirements of fire and explosion control and reduction measures for offshore production facilities.

This standard applies to fixed offshore structures in the oil and gas industry and floating production, storage and unloading systems.

This standard does not apply to the mobile offshore installations and underwater installations defined in this standard, but certain principles contained in this standard can be used for Used as a guide.

This standard is based on the risk assessment of offshore installations to select fire and explosion control and reduction measures. Used in such assessments The methods used and related recommended practices depend on the complexity of the production process and facilities, the type of facility (open or closed), staffing and operation The relevant environmental conditions in the region vary.
