Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This standard replaces GB/T 20463.1-2006 "waterproof rubber or plastic coated fabrics - Part 1. PVC coated fabrics" and GB/T 20463.2-2006 "waterproof rubber or plastic coated fabrics - Part 2. waterproof and breathable polyurethane coated fabric." This standard GB/T 20463.1-2006 and GB/T 20463.2-2006 main technical changes compared as follows.

--- This standard and GB/T 20463.1-2006 and GB/T 20463.2-2006 structure without corresponding relationship;

--- Increased terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

--- Modify the product classification (see 4.2);

--- Request removed width, thickness, per unit area, the total mass, tearing strength, tensile strength, coating mass loss after heat aging, Skew and other projects; increased fragmentation breakage strength after aging anti-blocking properties, melting check (PVC Only) (see Table 4); outer View of quality and appearance without making grading requirements; signs, packaging, transportation and storage without making demands.

This standard uses redrafted law revision using ISO 8096:2005 "taking waterproof rubber or plastic coated fabrics - Specification" (including ISO 8096:2005/Cor1.2005).

This standard and ISO 8096:2005 as compared to the presence of structural changes.

--- "In Table 1 is coated polymer Code Name" is adjusted to 4.1;

--- Table 1 "aging test program" to adjust to Appendix D;

--- "In Table 2 Classification Code" is adjusted to 4.2.

This standard and ISO 8096:2005 and the technical differences for the following reasons.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the waterproof and breathable and non-breathable clothing coated fabric requirements. This standard does not involve the production of coated fabrics and clothing products Method, but water impermeability performance clothing should not be lower than the water permeability properties of the coated fabric.
