Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This standard replaces GB/T 20060-2006 "Rolling Cylindrical roller bearings, separate thrust collars Dimensions", and GB/T 20060-2006, compared the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Increasing the diameter series 0 thrust collar dimensions (see Table 1);

--- Modify the maximum diameter d1 thrust collar series Part 2 (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2006 edition);

--- Modify the maximum diameter d1 4 part series thrust collar (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2006 edition);

--- Adds enhanced (E- reinforced design) thrust collar dimensions (see Table 2).

This standard uses the translation method identical with ISO 246:2007 "Rolling Cylindrical roller bearings, separate thrust collars Dimensions." Correspondence between the consistency of the standards of international documents and normative references of the following documents.

1 Scope

This standard specifies compliance with ISO 15 diameter series 0,2,3 and 4 cylindrical roller bearings, separate thrust collars width, maximum outer Diameter, the inner diameter of the hole and the minimum chamfer dimension.

Given the total width and other geometric feature size depends on the bearing internal structure, therefore, this standard does not give requirements.

5 Dimensions

Diameter series (standard design) diameter series 0,2,3 and 4 and 2E and 3E (E- reinforced design) cylindrical roller bearings with separable oblique Collar dimensions specified in Table 1 and Table 2, respectively.

Note. For diameter series 2E, 3E cylindrical roller bearings, code-named "E" indicates bearings with reinforced roller and cage assembly structure, and has a high diameter to carrying capacity.
