Scope
GB/T 19889.5-2006 is the English-translated version of 声学 建筑和建筑构件隔声测量 第5部分:外墙构件和外墙空气声隔声的现场测量.
GB/T 19889.5-2006 — This standard specifies two sets were used to measure the entire exterior of buildings and the exterior components of airborne sound insulation method (the entire wall measurements and component measurements), in which member-measuring method for the determination of external components, such as windows, sound insulation.
The most accurate measurement component speaker as the sound source is a method, slightly worse than the other components of measurement accuracy for the introduction of on-site traffic noise as the sound source approach.
On the other hand, the entire wall measurements to determine traffic conditions have outdoor and indoor sound level difference. The most accurate method is to use the entire wall measuring actual traffic noise as the sound source.
In addition, the speaker can also be used as an artificial source. Acoustic noise measurement component speaker apparent sound reduction method available, in some cases, [ for example when taking into account the precision of measurement (see 7.

Road traffic noise measurement method uses acoustic components with the same speaker noise measurement method. When, for practical reasons and not with the latter method, the use of road traffic noise measurement method is particularly useful.
The two methods will often come slightly different results. Road traffic noise measurements will often give slightly lower than the speaker noise measurement method of sound insulation.
In Appendix D, also added the corresponding aviation and railway noise measurement. Road traffic noise measurement method can be measured exterior insulation from exterior facades with respect to the noise level at 2m actual wall insulation values.
