Basic measurement techniques and test procedures for air and impact sound insulation.

For many problems in architectural acoustics, it is necessary to adopt a clear and practical method to evaluate the measurement uncertainty. only

By fully evaluating the measurement uncertainty of the relevant quantity, it can be determined whether the relevant quantity meets the specified requirements and whether the laboratory can provide the correct measurement

Results or whether one product has better acoustic performance than other products.

For the evaluation of measurement uncertainty, the first choice is the method specified in GB/T 27418 or ISO /IEC Guide 98-3 (abbreviated as GUM).

method) to be assessed. The GUM method specifies a method for evaluating measurement uncertainty based on a complete mathematical model of the test procedure, i.e.

The weighted contribution of the degree component evaluates the measurement uncertainty. However, as far as the existing technology is concerned, it is difficult to mathematically construct all the different quantities in the sound insulation of buildings.

mold. Therefore, this document only gives the principle of using this uncertainty assessment method.

In order to solve the problem of uncertainty evaluation of sound insulation measurement, the concept of reproducibility and repeatability is introduced in this document, which is also the medium of sound insulation measurement in buildings.

The traditional uncertainty assessment method. The concept is to assess the uncertainty of measurement methods and measurement results based on interlaboratory comparison of measurement results.
