Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document supersedes GB 19877.1-2005 "Special Hand Sanitizers", GB 19877.2-2005 "Special Bath Products", and GB 19877.3-2005. Compared with GB 19877.1~19877.3-2005, the main technical changes in "Specialty Soaps" are as follows, apart from structural adjustments and editorial modifications.

1 Scope

GB/T 19877-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering the specialised personal cleaning products - hand cleaners for oil and grease, antiseptic washes and the rest - with their performance, their skin compatibility and the substances they may not contain. The prefix changes: GB 19877.1-2005 was mandatory and this revision is issued as a recommended GB/T. In force since 1 September 2026. It was issued on 27 February 2026 and has been in force since 1 September 2026, replacing GB 19877.1-2005. The document is under the responsibility of the China National Light Industry Council. This document specifies the product classification, technical requirements, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of special cleaning agents for personal use, and describes... This document applies to products mainly formulated with surfactants, bactericides, and conditioners, possessing cleaning, antibacterial, and bacteriostatic properties. 4 Product Categories

The classification of personal care specialty cleaning agents is shown in Table 1.

5 Requirements

5.1 Material Requirements The raw materials, bactericides, and preservatives used in the formulation of personal specialty cleaning agents should comply with relevant national regulations.

5.2 Sensory and physicochemical indicators The sensory and physicochemical properties of personal care specialty cleaning agents should meet the requirements of Table 2.

5.3 Hygiene Indicators Microbiological performance of personal care specialty cleaning agents should meet the requirements of Table 3, and bactericidal and bacteriostatic indicators should meet the requirements of Table

6 Test Methods

6.1 Total bacterial count and thermotolerant coliforms Perform the procedure according to the methods specified in the "Cosmetic Safety Technical Specifications" (2015 edition).

7 Inspection Rules

Perform the test according to the provisions of QB/T 2951, and judge the test results according to the rounding value comparison method specified in GB/T 8170.

8 Marking, packaging, transportation, and storage

8.1 Markings and Packaging Product markings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 36970, and the product quality shall be indicated in accordance with this document, along with the corresponding product model (Type X). (Whether S-type or M-type), the packaging shall comply with the provisions of QB/T 2952.

8.2 Transportation The product should be handled with care during transportation. It should not be inverted, exposed to sunlight and rain, and should not be stepped on or have heavy objects piled on it.
