Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 19655-2005 "Lamp accessories with start-up device (except glow starter) performance requirements", and GB/T 19655-2005 compared to the main technical content changes are as follows.

- delete the title of the first, second, and third articles (see 2005 edition);

--- This standard is revised to 7 chapters, all chapters of the section number of all adjustments (see full text, 2005 edition full text);

- Amend the scope of Chapter 1 by adding "Note 2" (see Chapter 1);

- changes to the standard in the "normative reference" (see Chapter 2, Edition 1.1;);

- the definition of "start-up auxiliary" has been modified (see 3.6, 2005 2.6);

- to modify and add headings to the contents of the "general requirements for the trial" and to increase the content of the relevant "lamp standards" (see Chapter 4, 2005 edition of Chapter 3);

- Amend the contents of the "Note" of the "Start-up Accessory Requirements" in Table 1 (see Table 1 in Table 1, 2005, Edition 6.3.1 of Table 6.1) - "In the performance requirements of the" Fluorescent starter (except glow starter) "in the" equipped with mechanical switch parts of the starter "in the "Work speed" and "non-repeatable start-up" section to modify the contents;

1 Scope

This standard specifies the use of no more than 1000V, 50Hz or 60Hz AC power of the tubular fluorescent lamps and other discharge lights with the start Device (starter and trigger) performance requirements, this starting device can produce no more than 5kV start pulse.

This standard is used with IEC 61347-1 and IEC 61347-2-1.

Note 1. The requirements for all glow starters (including thermal relays/circuit breakers) for fluorescent lamps and other discharge lamps are given in IEC 60155.

Note 2. The terms of EMC requirements for end products of lamps and independent control devices are regional standards. In the fixture, the control device is in the EMC Aspects play a major role. Control devices and other components are suitable for these standards.
