GB/T 19651.1-2023 — This document gives test methods for verifying the safety of lamps used in lampholders. This document applies to various types of built-in miscellaneous lamp holders (for general lighting sources, projections equipped with various lamp holders listed in Appendix A lamps, floodlights and street lighting). This document also applies to integral lamp holders that are integrated with the lamp, but only involves the requirements for lamp holders. This document also applies to lampholders incorporated into a housing and integrated into a dome similar to a screw lampholder. Further testing of this type of lamp holder is required Follow the relevant provisions of IEC 60238. There are separate standards for the requirements for tubular fluorescent lamp holders, screw lamp holders and bayonet lamp holders.

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

This document is Part 1 of GB/T 19651 "Miscellaneous Lamp Holders". GB/T 19651 has published the following parts.

---Part 2-2.Special requirements for connectors for LED modules.

This document replaces GB/T 19651.1-2008 "Miscellaneous lampholders Part 1.General requirements and tests" and is consistent with GB/T 19651.1-

Compared with.2008, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Added the definition of "basic insulation" (see 3.14~3.27);

---Added "Lamp Classification" according to the polarity of the lamp holder and the application form according to the trigger voltage (see 6.3 and 6.4);

--- Added detailed provisions for signs (see 7.2 and 7.3);

---Added detailed provisions for the barrel-shaped threaded lamp holder and lampshade ring of the lampshade ring (see 11.5);

---Changed the requirements for the insulation parts to be tested (see 12.2.1, 11.2.1 of the.2008 edition);

---Changed the distance requirements for creepage distance and electrical clearance (see Chapter 15, Chapter 14 of the.2008 edition);
