Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 19498-2004 "static test methods and acceptance conditions of agricultural and forestry tractor guards." this standard compared with GB/T 19498-2004, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technical changes are as follows.

This standard uses redrafted Law Amendment using OECDCode4.2012 "agricultural and forestry tractor guards strength test method (Static) "(English version).

This standard compared with the OECDCode4.2012 more structural adjustment, listed in Appendix A of this standard and OECDCode 4.2012 chapter number control list.

This standard and OECDCode4.2012 technical differences and the reasons are as follows.

--- Added Chapter 2 "Normative references" to comply with GB/T 1.1 writing requirements (see Chapter 2).

--- Increase the reference standard GB/T 6960.1-2007 and GB/T 6960.7-2007 (see Chapter 3);

--- Modify the use of international standards GB/T 6236 instead of ISO 5353 (see Chapter 3);

--- Equivalent to the international standard GB/T 700-2006, GB/T 3274-2007 instead of ISO 630:1995, ISO 630.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the agricultural, forestry tractor guards static test methods and acceptance of technical conditions.

This standard applies to tractors without the weight of not less than 600kg, the mass ratio of not more than 1.75, the minimum rear wheelbase greater than 1150mm wheeled tractor or tracked tractor with pneumatic tires on at least two axles.

This standard does not apply to the following types of tractors. Lawn mowers, vineyard with narrow tractor, limited space for the top of the building Low-profile tractors in objects or orchards, overhead (high clearance) tractors and some special forestry machinery such as skidding tractors.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 6236-2008, GB/T 6960.1-2007 and GB/T 6960.7-2007 as defined by the following terms and definitions apply in this paper.
