Scope

GB/T 19345.2-2017 is the English-translated version of 非晶纳米晶合金 第2部分:铁基纳米晶软磁合金带材.

GB/T 19345.2-2017 covers Fe-based nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy strip made by rapid quenching, used for cores of medium and high frequency transformers, common mode inductors, magnetic amplifiers, current transformers, filter inductors and sensors, and for magnetic shielding.

It sets the designation system of five fields, delivery in coils in the non-sheared semi-processed state, and the technical requirements: magnetic properties after heat treatment, nominal thicknesses from 0.014 mm to 0.030 mm, widths from 0.5 mm to 150 mm, lamination factor, density and a toughness test in which no more than 3 of 19 fracture points may crack.

Inspection covers batches by casting furnace, sampling, ring samples measured to GB/T 13012 and GB/T 19346.1, and retesting. Packaging, marking and quality certificates close it.

It partially replaces GB/T 19345-2003, was issued on 14 October 2017 and has applied since 1 July 2018.

3.2 Lamination factor

the ratio of the cross-sectional area of the magnetic material to the total cross-sectional area of the stack

3.3 Semi-processed

the product state of which the final heat treatment is not carried out in delivery but performed by user

4 Classification and designation display method

The designation of the strip uses a combination of five fields and a connector. The definition of each field is as follows. […]

5 General requirements

5.1 Production process

The production process and chemical composition of the strips are decided by the supplier.

5.2 Delivery form

5.2.1 The strips are usually delivered in coils. The size and weight of the coil can be negotiated by both parties and indicated in the contract.

5.2.4 The ends of the strips shall be free of rusts, fingerprints, foreign material, damage.

5.2.5 The strips shall be wound tightly, no local relaxation, no wrinkles, no collapse, no falling off during handling due to self-weight, no lateral offset during unwinding.

5.2.7 The particular requirements for strip delivery form shall be determined by the supplier and the purchaser.

5.3 Delivery conditions

The strips are normally delivered in non-sheared semi-processed state (prepared state) with the absence of a top coat. The particular requirements for strip delivery form shall be determined by the supplier and the purchaser.

5.4 Surface quality

5.5 Shear adaptability

When using suitable equipment for cutting, any part of the strips shall be able to be cut into the usual shape.

6 Technical requirements

6.1 Physical properties

6.1.1 The strips delivered in the semi-processed state (prepared state) shall be heat-treated properly to obtain the desired magnetic properties.

6.1.2 The magnetic properties of the strips shall comply with the provisions of Table 1, Table 2, Table 3 and Table 4. The heat treatment process is provided by the supplier and indicated in the quality certificate. Any particular requirements for magnetic properties may be determined by the supplier and the purchaser.

6.1.3 See Table A.1 for other basic physical parameters of the strips.

6.2 Geometric characteristics

6.2.1 Thickness and allowable deviation

6.2.1.1 The nominal thicknesses of the strips are 0.014 mm, 0.018 mm, 0.022 mm, 0.026 mm and 0.030 mm.
