GB/T 19314.3-2019 (Small craft -- Hull construction and scantlings -- Part 3: Materials: Steel, aluminium alloys, wood, other materials) is available as an English-translated PDF.

GB/T 19314.3-2019 — This part of GB/T 19314 applies to materials intended for the manufacture of hulls, superstructures and attachments, in particular. --- Weldable normal-strength and higher-strength hot-rolled steel sheets, wide flat steels, profiles and bars; --- Austenitic stainless steel sheets and profiles; ---Forged aluminum alloy sheets, profiles or extruded profiles; --- Solid wood, plywood or veneer wood; --- Other applicable materials. Note 1. Other materials may be used in the manufacture of dinghy if it is proven to have sufficient applicability and durability for the intended use. This section applies to small boats with a hull length (LH) of not more than 24 m in accordance with ISO 8666. Note 2. The rationale for the preparation of this part of GB/T 19314 is the short-term and long-term durability of the choice of materials in the manufacture of boats for expected loads and environmental conditions. Sex has a major impact.
