GB/T 18929-2002 — This standard applies to non supplementary fired combined cycle power plant. 1. 1 In order to identify and/or assess a combined cycle power plant power output and thermal efficiency, the need for acceptance testing.

This standard is the implementation and acceptance test face preparation of the report sets out standard procedures and rules.

This standard measurement method for the acceptance tests provided information, but also for the results obtained under test conditions to ensure conditions or in accordance with other provisions of the method for correcting the conditions provided information.

2 The purpose of acceptance testing is to determine the value and performance guarantees related to the performance of combined cycle, such as: a) belong to the same set of power plant contract (gas and steam partial) within the specified operating conditions the output power, if the gas turbine part by a separate contract provided, then only part of the steam cycle (bottom loop) within the specified operating conditions of output power. b) In the specified operating conditions the thermal efficiency, heat rate or contingent material consumption rate (only if the contract involves the entire combined cycle).

1. 3 This standard applies to non- afterburning combined cycle power plant. Appropriate modifications, can also be used as general guidelines for the secondary combustion combined cycle power plant, or other types of combined cycle.
