Scope
GB/T 18916.33-2018 is the English-translated version of 取水定额 第33部分:煤间接液化.
GB/T 18916.33-2018 is Part 33 of the Chinese series on water intake quotas and deals with indirect coal liquefaction, where coal is gasified into synthesis gas that is then turned into liquid products over a catalyst.
It defines the terms used, including water intake per tonne of oil product, and gives the calculation method: the scope of water withdrawal, the range of water supply across main, auxiliary and subsidiary production.
It then sets the water intake quotas for these plants. It is used to manage the water intake of existing, new and rebuilt indirect coal liquefaction enterprises. It was issued on 14 May 2018 and has applied since 1 December 2018.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 18820, GB/T 21534 and GB/T 31428 apply to this document.
3.1 Coal indirect liquefaction
The coal gasification reaction produces a synthesis gas mainly composed of carbon monoxide and hydrogen as a raw material, and is synthesized into a liquid product by a catalyst. Art technology.
3.2 Tons of oil product water intake
In a certain metering time, the amount of water and total oil extracted from various conventional water resources in the production process of coal indirect liquefaction enterprises (hydrocarbon product, based on standard oil) ratio of production.
4 Calculation method
4.1 General provisions
4.1.1 Scope of water withdrawal
The water withdrawal range refers to the amount of water extracted by the enterprise from various conventional water resources, including from surface water (measured by water supply from the water purification plant), underground. Water, urban water supply projects, and the amount of water or water products (such as steam, hot water, geothermal water, etc.) purchased by the company from the market.
4.1.2 Water supply range
Coal indirect liquefaction water supply range, including major production (including coal preparation, gasification, air separation, conversion purification, Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, product upgrading) And production equipment such as sulfur recovery), auxiliary production (including power supply, machine repair, water supply and gas supply, etc.) and subsidiary production (including office and Inspection, bathroom, production area, water and maintenance, greening, etc.). Does not include energy used in water supply, construction and renovation of enterprise-owned power stations (power centers) […]
