GB/T 18794.2-2002 — This standard specifies an open framework for system safety. This standard relates to an open system environment security service application, the term "open system" means including such as databases, distributed applications, open distributed processing and osi a class field.

Security framework is mainly used to provide interaction between the system and the system when the system and object protection methods. Security framework does not consider the mechanism used to construct the system or methodology.

Security framework relates to security services are used for specific data elements and sequences of operations (but not protocol elements cord). These security services communication entities applicable to the system, can also be used for the exchange of data between systems and data managed by the system.
