1 Scope

GB/T 18654 provisions of this part of the reagents and materials, equipment and facilities mainly in fish muscle amino acid content determination, sampling, Analysis procedures and results determined.

This section applies to the determination of the main amino acid content in fish muscle does not apply to the determination of tryptophan content.

3 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise indicated in the analysis using only recognized as analytical grade reagents and distilled or deionized water or equivalent purity.

3.1 trisodium citrate.

3.2 hydrochloric acid (HCl).

3.3 thiobis ethanol.

3.4 phenol.

3.5 pH2.2 citrate buffer solution. 19.6 g of sodium citrate, dissolved in water, hydrochloric acid was added 16.5mL, 25% ethanol thiobis 5mL, phenol 1g, final volume to 1000mL.

3.6 cryogen (liquid nitrogen or dry ice and acetone).

3.7 plastic bags.
