This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents"

This document replaces GB/T 18323-2001 "Dimensions and Tolerances of Sintered Bushings for Sliding Bearings" and is consistent with GB/T 18323-2001

The main technical changes are as follows.

---Changed the nomenclature of the bushing, changing "flange bushing" to "flange bushing" (see Chapter 1 and Chapter 6, the.2001 edition

Chapters 1 and 5);

--- Changed the material requirements for the manufacture of shaft sleeves (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the.2001 edition);

--- Changed the length value and length value separation method in Table 1, and added a description of the length value separation (see 5.1,.2001 edition

Table 1, Table 3);

---Change "location pin" to "pin shaft for assembly" (see 5.2 and 6.2, 4.2 and 5.2 of the.2001 edition);

--- The content of the note is given as a normative content in the paragraph (see 5.2, 6.2 and 7.1, 4.2, 5.2 and 6.1 of the.2001 edition).

This document is modified to adopt ISO 2795.2020 "Dimensions and Tolerances of Sintered Bushings for Sliding Bearings".

The technical differences between this document and ISO 2795.2020 and their reasons are as follows.

--- Replaced ISO 5755 (see Chapter 4) with the normatively quoted GB/T 19076 to adapt to the technical conditions of our country;

--- Changed the reference object of the tolerance (see 7.2), and the reference object is accurately described as "housing hole tolerance";

--- Changed the labeling method of 45° chamfer (see Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3) to comply with my country's mechanical drawing specifications.

This document has the following editorial changes compared to ISO 2795.2020.

--- Changed the expression of Chapter 1 to comply with the structure and drafting rules of standardized documents;

---Change the partial sectional view in Figure 1 and Figure 2 to a full sectional view, change Figure 3 to a full sectional view, and change the reference position in Figure 1 and Figure 2

Set, in order to comply with my country's mechanical drawing specifications;

--- Increase the description of length value separation (see Table 1, Table 3);

--- Changed the header (see Table 5) to a unified format.

This document gives the dimensions of sintered bushings based on the range of shaft diameters (diameters) corresponding to industry requirements. Based on regular size series

In addition, a series of thin-walled dimensions is given for selection, thereby taking into account sliding bearings made of other materials with the same dimensions.

1 Scope

This document specifies the dimensions and tolerances for sintered bushings.

This document applies to sintered bushings in the following inner diameter ranges.

---Spherical bushing. 1mm~20mm.
