This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This Part replaces GB 1796.1-2008 "tire valve - Part 1. Clamp-in tubeless valve" compared with GB 1796.1-2008, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Increasing the preface of "Part 7. Parts" (see the Preface);

--- Increasing the normative references "GB 1796.7" (see Chapter 2);

--- Modify the size and structure of the material provisions of the gasket (see 62, 2008 edition 6.2.);

--- Modified nut type, structure, size and material requirements (see 63, 2008 edition 6.3.);

--- Modify the protective cap of the type, structure, size and material requirements (see 64, 2008 edition 6.4.);

--- Modify the provisions of thread (see 67, 2008 edition 6.7.);

--- Edit "hex nut and nozzle body assembly torque" to "nozzle body assembly torque" (see Chapter 10, Chapter 10 of the 2008 edition);

--- Remove the sealing cap sealing provisions (see the 2008 version of Chapter 11);

--- Revised Table 3 (see Table 3, Table 4 of the 2008 edition);

--- Increasing the shelf life of the product (see 13.3, 14.3 of the 2008 edition).

This section uses redrafted reference method ISO 9413:1998 "tire valve size and type" establishment, and ISO 9413:1998 is non-equivalent.

1 Scope

GB 1796 of the provisions of this part has been pressed tube valve (hereinafter referred to as "valve") terms and definitions, model tag, structure type, component type, structure, size and materials, appearance, maximum working pressure, tightness , assembly torque hex nuts with the nozzle body, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging and storage.

This section applies to motorcycles, vehicles with tubeless valve.

3 Terms and Definitions

Terms and definitions GB/T 12839 apply to this document defined.

4 Type Marking

Product models and symbols shall comply with GB/T 21285 of. Models with foreign standard model of the control section in Appendix A.

5 Structure type

Valve structure type shall conform to Table 1 and Figures 1 to 4. This part of all linear dimensions are in millimeters.
