Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

This document replaces GB/T 17724-1999 "Information Transmission for Shipbuilding Piping Systems". Compared with GB/T 17724-1999, except for the structure...

Aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The scope of this document has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 1999 edition);

b) Divide Table 1 in "Pipeline System Information" into three parts. "Standard Parts Information," "Non-Standard Parts Information," and "Management Information" (see section 3).

Chapter 2 (1999 edition);

c) Change the header "Information Category" in Table 1 of "Pipeline System Information" to "Pipeline System Information Item" and "Notes" to "Requirements".

"and Explanation"; In the headers of Tables 2 and 3, "Information Category" is changed to "Pipeline System Information Items", and "Notes" is changed to "Suggestions and Explanations".

Explanation (see Chapter 3, Chapter 2 of the 1999 edition);

d) Added "Color Code" and "Other (General)" information items to the standard parts information, along with corresponding requirements and explanations (see 3.1.10 in Table 1).

e) Change "Nominal Diameter DN" to "Nominal Size DN" in the standard parts information (see 3.1.4 in Table 1, and 2.1.4 in the 1999 edition of Table 1);

f) Added requirements and explanations for "Nominal Pressure PN", "Nominal Size DN", and "Material" in the standard parts information (see Table 1, sections 3.1.3.1~).

g) Changed the "Identification Number", "Name, Standard", "Test Pressure", "Dimensions", "Location", and "Certificate or Required Certificate Information" in the standard part information.

The requirements and explanations for "information" (see sections 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3.2, 3.1.6, 3.1.8, and 3.1.11 of Table 1, 1999 edition) 2.1.1, 2.1.2, 2.1.3.2, 2.1.6, 2.1.8, 2.1.10);

h) Information regarding "assembly," "insulation," "net weight," "location," "accessories," and "required certificates" has been removed from the information on non-standard parts (see the 1999 edition).

Table 1 (2.2.8.9, 2.2.8.10, 2.2.9~2.2.12)

i) In the information for non-standard parts, "nominal diameter DN" should be changed to "nominal size DN", and "welding, including beveling and heat treatment" should be modified.

The terms "welding, including weld types, beveling and heat treatment" and "finishing" have been changed to "finished surface treatment" and "corrosion protection" have been modified.

For "Insulation and Protection" (see Table 2, 3.2.4, 3.2.8.4, 3.2.8.5, 3.2.8.7; Table 1, 1999 edition, 2.2.4, 2.2.8.4,...), 2.2.8.5, 2.2.8.7);

j) Added "Nominal Size DN", "Material", "Cutting", "Welding Flange and Hole Positioning", "Finished Surface Treatment", and "Insulation" to the information on non-standard parts.

Suggestions and explanations regarding "Edge Protection" (see Table 2, sections 3.2.4, 3.2.5, 3.2.8.1, 3.2.8.2, 3.2.8.5, and 3.2.8.7);

k) The recommendations and explanations for "Name, Drawing Number," "Test Pressure," and "Dimensions" in the non-standard parts information have been changed (see Table 2, sections 3.2.2 and 3.2.3.2).

3.2.7 (Table 1, 1999 edition, 2.2.2, 2.2.3.2, 2.2.7);

l) Added "Project Number", "Platform Number", and "Standard Working Hours" information items to the management information, along with corresponding suggestions and explanations (see Table 3).

3.3.8~3.3.10);

m) In the management information, change "part number" to "part number" (see 3.3.5 in Table 3, and 2.3.5 in Table 1 of the 1999 edition);

n) Added content on "nominal pressure value" and "nominal size value and corresponding relationship" (see Appendix A and Appendix B);

o) Modify the "Data and Material Flow for Pipe Production" and adjust the input flow for the pipeline system model in the pipe design process; Pipe the manufacturing process includes surface treatment, testing, insulation, and protection procedures; a dashed box clarifies the pipe design, manufacturing, and installation process.

The scope; supplementary notes on the reserved opening information for data transmission under the current school administration (see Figure 1, Figure 1 in the 1999 edition).

This document is modified to adopt ISO 8277:2013 "Ships and marine technology pipeline systems and mechanical information transmission".

The following editorial changes have been made to this document.

---The suspending paragraph between the Chapter 3 title and 3.1 has been removed;

---In Table 2, item 3.2.8.4, "Welding, including beveling and heat treatment," is changed to "Welding, including weld type, beveling and heat treatment." deal with";

---In Table 2, change "Save" to "Insulation and Protection" in section 3.2.8.7, and change "External Surface Treatment" to "External Surface Insulation or Impact Protection".
