This standard specifies: a) Basic requirements (see Chapter 4), the provisions of this requirement is to protect satellites and other users of spectrum from the ground unacceptable interference. It also provides for realization of electrical safety, mechanical structural safety, solar radiation protection, and protection against harmful interference requirements. To meet this standard, described in Chapter 4, the relevant test and measurement methods must be met. b) proposal (see Chapter 5), the proposed features related with these features is the use of VSAT and other wireless systems with minimal interference protection, the provision of quality reception. Test and measurement methods described in Chapter 5 of this standard is only relevant for verification purposes.
