Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1:1-2009: This standard replaces GB/T 16956-1997 "Marine Container Lashing Parts": Compared with GB/T 16956-1997, except for editorial changes In addition, the main technical changes are as follows:

---Modified the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the:1997 edition);

---Updated normative reference documents, adding GB/T 699, GB/T 712, GB/T 1591, GB/T 3077, GB/T 8923:1, GB/T 13912, ISO 17905, delete GB 8162, CB/Z343 (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the:1997 edition);

---Modified the classification, name, code and type of container lashings (see 3:1, 3:1 in:1997 edition);

---Added the joint rod extension rod BB, the anti-dropping joint rod extension rod BC, the joint rod vertical rod BF, and the outer tie rod type rod BG and BH, movable eye plate DA, limit eye plate DD, single guide guide seat EA, double guide guide seat EB for platform, double Guided guide seat EC (see 3:1);

---Deleted lashing products with minimum breaking load of 353kN and 412kN, deleted closed screw buckle, fixed head type tie rod, Double ring tie rod, fixed head joint rod, movable lashing ring, three-hole and four-hole lashing eye plate, embedded lashing seat, lashing hook (see 3:2, 3:3, 3:4, 3:5 of the:1997 edition);

---Adjusted the product parameters and main dimensions (see 3:2, 3:2:1, 3:2:2, 3:2:4, 3:3:3, 3:3:5, 3:4:1, 3:4:3 of the:1997 edition);

---Modified the marking example (see 3:3, 3:6 of the:1997 edition);

---Modified the materials of the main parts of the container lashing parts (see Chapter 4, 4:1 and 4:2 of the:1997 edition), and modified the hot-dip galvanizing process Requirements (see 5:3:1, 4:4 of the:1997 edition), adding rust removal level requirements and paint thickness requirements before painting the surface (see 5:3:2);

---The appearance quality requirements have been revised (see 5:1, 4:2:3 and 4:3 of the:1997 edition);

---Modified the "test method" and "inspection rules": increased the strength test method (see 6:4:1), modified the number of type tests (see 7:2:3, 5:1:1 of the:1997 edition), added inspection items (see 7:2:2);

---Modified the content of the container lashing mark (see Chapter 8,:1997 edition 7:1) and packaging requirements (see Chapter 9,:1997 edition) 7:2);
