1 Scope

3 Terms and Definitions

4 Document lifecycle state

At different stages, the file may be in a different file status listed below. State level can print the output file or other similarly-enabled systems for display.

--- Preparation indicated file already exists, but has not been officially released for its final use.

--- The review indicates that the file is ready and submitted for review, comment, review and approval.

--- Approved indicates that the file is suitable for publication, but not yet officially released for its intended purpose.

--- Published documents showing preparations have been completed, review, examination and approval. Currently, the file allowed to be used for the intended purposes.
