Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 16499-2008 "Safety publications and basic safety publications and multi-disciplinary common security publications the application of the guide ", and GB/T 16499-2008 compared to the main technical changes are as follows.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the basis and application of electrical and electronic safety publications, including basic safety publications and multi-disciplinary safety Version. Describe the means of technical communication between a horizontal safety function or a multi-disciplinary safety function technical committee.
