Foreword
GB/T 14926 "experimental animals" a total of 54 parts, for different microbial and virus detection technology. This part of the implementation of the date of replacement GB/T 14926.47-2001 "experimental animal Shigella detection method". 7.3 Identification
7.3.1 Colony characteristics Shigella in the McKenzie agar plate on the formation of colorless, convex, diameter 2mm ~ 3mm colony in the XLD agar plate to form red Color, smooth, 1mm ~ 2mm in diameter colonies.
