Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
Drafting.
This document is Part 1 of GB/T 14652 "Small Boats". GB/T 14652 has the following parts published.
---Part 1: Refractory Fuel Hose;
---Part 2: Non-fire-resistant fuel hoses.
This document replaces GB/T 14652.1-2009 "Fire-resistant Fuel Hose for Small Boats". Compared with GB/T 14652.1-2009, the only differences are in the structural design.
Aside from integration and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2009 edition);
c) The content of "General Requirements" has been changed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the 2009 edition);
d) The requirement for "test liquid" has been added (see 6.2);
e) The requirements for the "burst pressure test" have been changed (see 6.3, 5.1 in the 2009 edition);
f) The requirements for "vacuum testing" have been changed (see 6.4, 5.2 of the 2009 edition);
g) The requirements for the "Volume Change Test in Test Liquid" have been changed (see 6.5, 5.3 of the 2009 edition);
h) The requirements for the "Test for Mass Loss of Test Tubes" have been changed (see 6.6, 5.4 of the 2009 edition);
i) The requirements for the "Fuel Penetration Test" have been changed (see 6.9, 5.7 of the 2009 edition);
j) The requirements for the "cold bending test" have been changed (see 6.10, 5.8 of the 2009 edition);
k) The requirements for the "wear test" have been changed (see 6.11, 5.9 of the 2009 edition);
l) The requirements for the "dry heat resistance test" have been changed (see 6.12, 5.10 in the 2009 edition);
m) The requirements for the "oil resistance test" have been changed (see 6.13, 5.11 in the 2009 edition);
n) The requirements for the "Adhesion Test" have been changed (see 6.14, 5.12 of the 2009 edition);
o) The requirements for "marking" have been changed (see Chapter 7, Chapter 6 in the 2009 edition);
p) The requirements for "Preparation" in the fire resistance test have been changed (see A.4.1, A.4.1, 2009 edition);

Introduction
Fuel hoses are a key component of the boat's permanently fixed fuel system; their quality and performance directly affect the boat's navigation safety and environmental impact.
Environmental safety. GB/T 14652 "Small Boats" specifies the general requirements and physical test methods for fuel hoses, thereby guiding the production and application of fuel hoses.
Inspection. GB/T 14652 "Small Boats" consists of the following two parts based on the fire resistance characteristics of fuel hoses.
---Part 1: Fire-resistant fuel hoses. The purpose is to provide general requirements and physical testing methods for fire-resistant fuel hoses used in small boats.
