Scope
GB/T 14566.3-2011 is the English-translated version of 爆破片型式与参数 第3部分：平板形爆破片.
GB/T 14566.3-2011 is part 3 of the Chinese series on the types and parameters of bursting discs and deals with the flat disc.
It fixes the structural forms, the nominal diameters and the design bursting pressure ranges at 20 °C for the different materials, distinguishing the flat slotted disc, the plain flat disc and the grooved flat disc, and it divides the slotted disc into the version with a reinforcing ring and the version with a reinforcing ring and a support.
Technical requirements and type testing follow GB 567.1 to GB 567.4. The part covers discs used on pressure vessels, pressure piping and other closed pressure equipment against overpressure or vacuum, and excludes equipment where a pressure surge can reach detonation rates and military equipment with special requirements. Issued on 30 December 2011, it has applied since 1 June 2012.

Foreword
GB/T 14566 "Disc types and parameters" is divided into four parts.
--- Part 1. Positive arch bursting discs;
--- Part 2. Anti-arched bursting discs;
--- Part 3. Disc-shaped plate;
--- Part 4. graphite rupture disc.
This section is Part 3 of GB/T 14566.
This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
1 Scope
1.1 GB/T 14566 in the provisions of this part of the plate-shaped structure bursting disc type, nominal diameter, design burst pressure range of different materials Wai and other technical requirements.

3 Types and parameters
3.1 General requirements
3.1.1 Disc-shaped structure in the form of different plates, and can be divided into flat open seam bursting discs, bursting discs and ordinary type flat plate Groove Disc with three kinds of patterns.

3.2 Flat slotted Rupture Disc
