This document is Part 3 of GB/T 14191 "Terms of Prosthetics and Orthotics". GB/T 14191 has issued the following part.

Introduction

In our country, there are a large number of disabled people with limb loss. At present, there are many varieties of prosthetics and orthotics in my country. To enable prosthetics and orthotics in the design, A national terminology for prosthetics and orthotics is needed to be able to describe them consistently across manufacturing, sales, repair and inspection. standard.

GB/T 14191 will standardize the description of prosthetics and orthotics, which is the basic and general standard to guide the prosthetics and orthotics industry in my country. allow. GB/T 14191 is proposed to consist of four parts.

1 Scope
