This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

This document replaces GB/T 13379-2008 "Visual Ergonomics Principles for Indoor Workplace Lighting" and is consistent with GB/T 13379-2008.
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Added terms such as visual ergonomics, visual efficacy, color tolerance, flicker, (light) flicker index, and stroboscopic effect visibility (see Section 3
chapter);
---Added illumination requirements for walls and ceilings (see 4.3);
---Added strobe requirements (see 4.8);
---Changed the illumination uniformity (see 4.3.9, 4.3.7 of the.2008 version);
--- Added regulations for the maximum surface brightness limit of protective cover lamps (see 4.4.3);
---Changed the regulations on the average brightness limit of visual display terminal lamps (see 4.10.2, 4.9.2 of the.2008 version);
--- Added provisions for visual fatigue (see 4.5);
--- Added requirements for the adjustment performance of the lighting system (see 4.11).
