Foreword
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 10560-2008 "Mine high strength circular chain steel", compared with GB/T 10560-2008 main changes as follows:
--- modified the standard name;
--- grade K (mine) suffix letter;
--- increased 15CrNi6K, 20MnNiCrMo32K, 20NiCrMo33K, 23MnNiCrMo53K grades;
--- modify the product delivery status, increase the delivery method can be fine;
--- modified the mechanical properties of the relevant requirements;
--- end of the hardenability test added 50mm and below the depth of the corresponding indicators; Acid leaching low - power organization to increase the premium grade steel index;
--- to increase the steel non-metallic inclusions inspection project;
--- increase the decarburization test inspection project. This standard is proposed by China Iron and Steel Industry Association. This standard specifies the order, size, shape, weight and allowable deviation, technical requirements, test methods, Inspection rules, packaging, signs and quality certificates. This standard applies to the manufacture of coal scraper conveyor, plow coal mine welding round bar with round steel (hot rolled round steel, cold drawn round bar) and wire rod (Or coil).
